When you initially visit our showroom we will happily show you around our various displays and discuss the many features and options available. Here you will get a taste of what our German kitchen partner Pronorm have to offer along with the chance to see the exceptional quality of our kitchens. We will also demonstrate and discuss the many appliances, work surfaces and clever storage solutions available to you.

We will have our first preliminary discussion about the project you have in mind along with your initial requirements. We will discuss kitchen styles and colours and find out what suits your lifestyle best as well as your likes and dislikes along with your timescales and potential costs.

As you depart our showroom we will provide you with relevant brochures that will both inspire you and provide the additional information required to help assist you in making those important decisions that will eventually lead to you creating your perfect kitchen.

We will provide you with expert advice at every step of the way and endeavour to make this whole experience as simple and hassle free as possible.

Once you are fully satisfied that what we have to offer is for you, we can arrange a convenient time for a home visit to be carried out. You can either arrange that whilst in the showroom or you can give us a call once you have had a chance to process the various information gathered from your recent visit. Either way we will arrange this at a date and time that suits you. If you have any special requirements or are unable to visit the showroom please advise us accordingly and we will accommodate them as best as possible.

Our home survey allows us to take our initial discussions further and from here we will establish a design brief for us to work to. This will ultimately allow us to create your perfect kitchen.

Our visit allows us to take exact measurements of your kitchen and to gain a better understanding of your needs and the extent of the works required. We will assess the space you have, establish what you like and don’t like about your existing kitchen as well as establishing the movement through your kitchen from room to room. Lighting is also important so the home visit allows us to assess how much natural day light comes into your kitchen and discuss if additional lighting would be of benefit.

We will discuss your thoughts and ideas on how you envisage your new kitchen to look and function and provide expert advice on how best to utilize your existing space, offering various solutions for you to choose from. We will confirm your initial choice of kitchen style and colours, appliance requirements, worktop material along with all the other finishing touches necessary for creating your beautiful new kitchen.

Once we have established your wish list we will discuss some provisional costs. This is important as we will be working hard to produce a design that is perfect for you. With many years of experience and a fantastic product range with many finishes available we will certainly create a fantastic kitchen that comes with a cost that is right for you.

If you are planning a new build or adding on an extension to your home we only require a drawing from you. If necessary we will make contact with your architect and we can take it from there.

Now we have the information required we will now return to the showroom and get busy designing your new kitchen.

Now for the exciting and fun part. We have designed your kitchen and it’s now time for you to get to see what we have proposed.

We will invite you back to the showroom at a time that suits to view our proposals on a large screen. We use the very latest photo realistic 3D virtual design software which will allow you to walk through your virtual kitchen and allow you to visualize exactly how your new kitchen will look.

At this stage you will also get to see the materials and colour schemes we are proposing. We will look at the furniture doors, worktop materials, glass splash backs, lighting, flooring and even wall paint colours. Now is the time when it starts to get exciting as you start to see your new kitchen come to life.

It may be necessary for one or two additional meetings as we fine tune your design and make any amendments based on your feedback. We want to ensure we have met your exact requirements and provided you with the perfect design to ensure no small detail has been overlooked.

Once your design is finalised we will provide you with a detailed, itemised quotation showing the cost of your furniture, appliances, work surfaces, accessories, installation, flooring, redecoration and any building work that may be required.

You have confirmed you are 100% happy with your design and specification and would now like to proceed and turn our proposal into a reality.

The next step is to confirm a fit date that is suitable and then sign your contract paperwork. At this stage you will pay an initial deposit and on receipt of that payment we will then order all the items required.

Our kitchen furniture is manufactured in Germany and is custom built specifically for your home. The manufacturing and delivery process takes 5 weeks. Your furniture is then delivered to our warehouse to await installation.

Shortly after you have placed your order with us a pre installation check will be carried out. We will double check all our measurements and dimensions along with your plumbing and electrical requirements. We will confirm the scope of any other works that may be required and have these all organised and scheduled ahead of time.

By the time we have reached the installation stage you will be raring to go and keen to get things underway. We appreciate and understand that for some having this type of work carried out can be stressful but we will try our very best to make this as hassle free and seamless an experience as possible with minimal disruption to your daily routine.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our main priority. To achieve this, your installation will be project managed from the start and will cover all the necessary trades required. This will ensure that your kitchen is completed on time and to the highest standards.

You can rely on an exceptional level of service from us from the minute our team of experienced tradesmen arrive at your home. Our guys are approachable and friendly. They will treat your home with respect and are committed to delivering our high standards. They know our products inside out along with their individual trades. This will reflect accordingly in the quality of their work and our attention to detail ensuring that you are delighted with the end result.

On completion, your new kitchen will be cleaned from top to bottom and your home will be left as we found it when we first arrived.

Before we hand your beautiful new kitchen back to you to use, we will carry out, one last final inspection to ensure your kitchen is in perfect working order. This will be carried out once your installation is completely finished. This gives us the chance to check that you are completely satisfied with our service and workmanship and also to answer any last minute questions you may have about your new kitchen or any of its components.

Once you are completely happy we will invoice your final balance and provide you with your customer care pack which contains information in relation to your furniture, worktops, appliances, sinks, taps and lighting etc.

We will also provide information regarding our customer referral scheme.
