We have extensive experience in kitchen design and planning. This ensures that you maximise your budget by offering practical advice and the creative flair to help design and create the kitchen you want. At Affordable Luxuries we are fully equipped with the latest 3D virtual design tools, giving you the freedom to design and visualise your dream kitchen before you buy.
The creation of the kitchen designs, all pricing and project management are personally carried out by Tom McDonald (Managing Director). This ensures that our quality requirements are maintained throughout. This also guarantees that at any given time before, during or after your installation you only need to make one phone call, ask for one name and you will immediately have your query dealt with. No passing the buck, no call centre helpdesks, just great customer service.
If required we will carry out structural works that involve the removal of internal walls to create bigger, brighter, open plan kitchen/dining areas.
Our services include:
- Arranging for an Architect/Structural engineer to produce the calculations and any drawings to be presented to the local building control officer and registration with the local building control department.
- Our team of installers are highly skilled and efficient, working to our exacting standards with the minimum amount of disturbance to you.
- Removal and disposal of your existing kitchen furniture, worktops, appliances and tiles etc.
- Adapting or renewing your existing electrics, plumbing, and gas services where required. All electrical work is carried out to the latest I.E.E. standards. All gas work is carried out by our Gas Safe registered installer.
- Full furniture and appliance installation.
- Professional worktop installation, Whichever you choose you will have peace of mind it has been installed correctly. Granite, Corian, Glass, Quartz, Solid surface or Laminate.
- Installation of new lighting systems.
- All plastering where required.
- Complete wall and floor tiling or if required Karandean or Amtico flooring installed by approved installers.
- Full redecoration of the finished room. Now that is what you call an “All inclusive service”.
